Our combined experiences allows us to work with adolescents and adults with both mental health and substance abuse troubles. Individual, couples, and family sessions available both in person and video sessions. We are client centered therapists. You, the client, is the most important person in the room. We strive to make you feel that way. We attempt to create an environment which is relaxed. We work together for you to identify the obstacles preventing you from living the life you want to live and together seek to develop a plan to navigate those obstacles. We promise to be there for you every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
